cross and feather banded, with a cushion frieze drawer above a burr quarter veneered fall revealing three sets of pull-out pigeonholes each revealing a secret compartment, above an arrangement of eleven drawers around a central cupboard door which is fitted with a secret compartment, the interior with a false back which slides to reveal three secret drawers, inset with a later green leather writing surface above two short and two long drawers on later bun feet
