Provenance
Field Marshal Earl Kitchener of Khartoum (1850-1916) and thence by descent.
Both ends missing outer barber pole and with losses into outer guard stripe. Selvedges original lacking binding cords in several areas and further minor damage. Pile is low with areas of wear. One hole approx 9 x 8cm. One area of rucking/slight tear approx 22cm long. Very minor moth damage.
