A William IV needlework sampler by Caroline Jones, worked with a church and a house with two religious verses 'O glad are we to see the place, Where God in mercy shews his face, Where faithful ministers are found, The holy Gospel to expound..' with a band of leaves, signed and dated 'CAROLINE JONES AGED 14 YEARS 8th OF OCTOBER 1834', 40 x 53.6cm, in a later glazed oak frame.
