A French faïence tureen and associated cover mid 18th century, Rouen or Sinceny, the low form with shaped sides, painted in the Chinese manner, the base with flying insects around flowering Oriental branches, the cover with a bird perched on a branch of peony issuing from a cornucopia, 30.5cm. (2)
