A large and early Bow blue and white tureen and cover c.1753-55, the elaborate silver shape painted with alternating panels of Chinese pagoda landscapes, flowering plants and cash diaper between moulded gadrooning, with foliate scroll handles and raised on four wide scroll feet, some firing faults and damages, the finial lacking, 40cm across.
