A Bow triple shell salt or sweetmeat stand, c.1755, formed of three deep scallop shells painted to the interior with birds and flowering peony, the exteriors edged in puce, all raised on a rocky base applied with colourful shells, coral and seaweed, some filled rim chips, 17.3cm across.
