A rare Worcester blue and white teabowl and saucer c.1785, of generous size, decorated in the Trellis Lily pattern with a formal arrangement of stylized blooms within panels, open crescent marks, 12.3cm. (2)

The Trellis Lily pattern bears a strong resemblance to the Royal Lily, but is complete in itself without the gilding. Very few examples are recorded.
