A salt-glazed stoneware Bellarmine jug Rhenish 17th century, moulded with a bearded face to the neck, the body of typical form, and a later Bellarmine type jug in the manner of 16th century Siegburg stoneware, the wide globular body moulded with three circular religious panels including Christ crucified, pewter hinged lid, minor faults, 28cm max.
