Five Paris (La Courtille) armorial plates c.1785, richly decorated with the arms of Sir Francis Ford MP of Ember Court in Surrey, the arms of Ford impaling Anson-Adams, above the motto 'Omnium Rerum Vicissitudo', the rims bearing the family crest of a greyhound muzzled, blue crossed arrow marks, 24.5cm. (5)

This service was made for the wedding of Sir Francis Ford MP, Lord Colville, to Mary Anson, daughter of George Anson, formerly Adams on 22nd January 1785.
