A fine Chinese gold-splashed bronze censer, with a compressed circular body and a straight foot, cast with two bands of lotus petals and with opposing lion mask handles to the shoulder, the foot and rim finely cast with flutes and dentil borders, unmarked, 17th century, together with a pierced wood cover with a hardstone fish finial, 16.5cm.
