A large and unusual Chinese model of the Hehe Erxian

A large and unusual Chinese model of the Hehe Erxian, the twin spirits of Mirth and Harmony standing together, one holding a small jar and the other with a libation cup, each wearing long robes and decorated with a turquoise glaze. Mounted on an elaborate rococo ormolu base, 18th/19th century, a few tiny faults, 32cm. Provenance: formerly from a European Private collection.
