λ A rare Chinese gilt metal and kingfisher feather ling yue 19th century, the crescent-shaped torque with a single coral and two turquoise beads, divided by plaques simulating ivory, the hinged arms and terminals mounted with six stylized dragon heads, the borders set with kingfisher feather ruyi bands on a complex filigree mount, 18.4cm.

Provenance: from the collection of Luís Esteves Fernandes (1897-1988).
