A Chinese hardwood rectangular tray 19th century, finely inlaid with mother of pearl panels, variously depicting pagodas and pavilions, figures standing and on horseback and flowering branches with birds and insects, 67cm x 43.6cm.

Provenance: from the collection of Luís Esteves Fernandes (1897-1988).
