A large Chinese white jade plaque 19th / 20th century, one side carved with a bird perched on a flowering prunus branch beneath pine, above bamboo, and with two columns of calligraphy, the reverse with a large single stylized character, all above swirling clouds, 9.7cm. Provenance: a private collection, London.
