A SMALL CHINESE OVERLAY GLASS SNUFF BOTTLE

18TH CENTURY

The ovoid body in a pale celadon coloured glass with a brown skin imitating jade, with green prunus overlay sprays, a malachite coloured stopper, 5.5cm overall.

Provenance: from an English private collection, Hertfordshire, purchased from Robert Kleiner & Co. Ltd., 10th March 2003, a copy of the invoice is available.
