The bulbous body raised on three cylindrical legs and covered in a green and yellow glaze; decorated with a pierced band of figures riding qilin and playing musical instruments, the cover with further openwork decoration and a dragon-shaped handle, and a paper label reading 'OCS 2006, THE WORLD IN COLOURS, NO.30'; the green and yellow rectangular tile with floral designs and a paper label for 'OCS 2006, THE WORLD IN COLOURS, NO.22', and another about the provenance, 43cm max. Provenance: from the collection of Phillip Allen (1938-2022). According to the paper label at the back of the tile, it originated 'from the Porcelain Pagoda at Nanjin. The tile was made at Jubaoshan near Nanjin, PA.26.1.93'.
