A fine Chinese ivory brise fan c.1800, delicately carved with a central monogrammed shield, and with an overall design of small birds amidst flowering, leafing, scrolling stems, contained in a glazed case, 46cm.
Bears a paper label inscribed 'ivory fan which belonged to Queen Charlotte'.
