Of archaic bronze form, the pear-shaped body rising to a wide flaring mouth, the shoulder with two mask and ring handles, decorated with a pale celadon crackled glaze falling short of the foot revealing the brown biscuit underneath, a paper label for the E.T Hall Collection no.246, 17.4cm.
