A CHINESE BRONZE FIGURE OF LU DONGBIN
LATE MING DYNASTY
The immortal stands wearing long flowing robes bordered with lotus heads scrolls and foliage, with his hair arranged in a topknot and holding his hands together with his palms on top of each other, raised on a rectangular integral stand, 33.5cm.

Lu Dongbin is one of the Eight Immortals honoured as a great poet and swordsman. In the present figure he is depicted as a scholar.
