A CHINESE CANTON ENAMEL FAMILLE ROSE TIBETAN-STYLE EWER
QING DYNASTY
The pear-shaped body painted with a tear-drop panel of angular scrolls against a bright turquoise ground with stylised lotus flowerheads and foliage, the spout and handle formed as the gilt bronze head and tail of a dragon, all raised on a flared foot with a band of lappets and scrolls, 27cm.
