Modelled with his face in a serene expression, with his eyes cast downwards and mouth curved in a subtle smile, his hair piled in a domed bun, with black pigment to his hair, eyebrows and pupils, all raised on a modern stand, 21cm.
Provenance: formerly the collection of Bunzo Nakanishi, Japan; and then a Belgian private collection, acquired from Shirley Day, New York in 2006.
