A Sunflower Pottery ewer by Sir Edmund Elton, compressed form with cylindrical neck with flaring ribbed rim, applied with stylised flowers in red and chestnut, on streaked blue and green ground, painted Elton mark, applied collection label, 26.5cm. high

The paper label to the base of this vase is dated July 17th 1920 and states the vase was made by Sir Edmund Elton, and left as remembrance to Mrs Challicom.
