A Della Robbia Pottery wall plaque by Marian de Caluwe, rectangular, modelled in low relief with a young boy riding a turtle with four others running alongside, glazed in shades of green, blue and yellow on a cream ground incised marks, painted marks and artist mark MdeC, minor glaze loss, 25.5cm. wide Provenance Hannah Jones (Della Robbia artist), thence by descent when purchased by the present collector in 1971.
