Catalogue notes

Bawden designed a series of tiles which were used at the visitor's tea room at Poole Pottery. The tearooms were illustrated in The Studio Year Book, 1934. In 1924 this image was published under the title Throwing on the Wheel in a Poole Pottery leaflet.
