A large Carter Stabler & Adams Poole Pottery Angel architectural faience panel designed by Harold and Phoebe Stabler, circular, modelled in relief with an angel offering up flowers, glazed in colours impressed CSA mark to the rim edge, 68cm. diam.

Leslie Hayward & Paul Atterbury Poole Pottery, Richard Dennis Publications, page 39 for a pair of facing roundel flanking central Christ figure exhibited at the British Empire Exhibition, Wembley 1924 exhibition, and then installed at the Mortuary Chapel, Mary Abbots, Kensington Infirmary. When this site was re-developed these panels were returned to Poole Pottery and erected at the factory in 1989.
